WHY MAKE THE CHANGE TO CROSSFIT SOUTH WEST SYDNEY

The people who we are really passionate about helping are those who have never been in a gym before. These people make up the bulk of our community. Beginning exercise can be a very daunting experience. The hardest part about helping the people who really need it though is simply getting them in the door.

This is why we start with the On-Ramp.

Our On-Ramp Program is designed specifically with the beginner in mind. This is where you will acclimatise to the strain of exercise and work your way upto the more complex movements and workouts of CrossFit. Sessions are 1-on-1 and are focused on getting you ready to join in with the regular group.

Scalable To All Fitness Levels

Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect fitness method for any committed individual regardless of experience, fitness level or body type!

Constantly Varied

Each days workout is different and consists of constantly varied functional movements. This keeps training enjoyable and well rounded – you’ll never get bored!

Broad and Inclusive

Our program delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. This means you’ll learn a wide range of achievable, functional fitness movements.

High Intensity

Classes are 60 minutes long and designed to increase strength and fitness fast. Each class consists of warm up, skills practice, work out of the day (WOD) and cool down.

Quality Coaching

All our coaches are professionally trained and our classes are capped at 12 people to ensure that you always get a premium CrossFit experience.

Group Training

Our training style is different to traditional gyms. We combine fitness with community. We’re one big happy family that train and socialise together.
