BASECAMP
Welcome To The New You. We’ll Help You Succeed On Your New Year’s Resolution
If you’re ready to get fit (for good this time), then you’re coming to the right place. Base camp is our specially designed training program which allows you to acclimatise to the gym at your own pace. While we’re confident that our trainers and programming will help you get the results you’re looking for, we also understand that diving into something new and challenging can be a daunting decision. This is why BaseCamp is the first step towards full time CrossFit. Sessions run for 45min and use simple, functional movements to build strength and stamina.
